Company History

Founded in 2000 to serve the Hospitality industry in the UK, we are a leading provider of web-based solutions that streamline business processes by accelerating information processing.

Our mission is to connect Hospitality buyers and sellers in a secure and efficient online marketplace, enabling participants to engage in e-commerce without compromising personal relationships or processes our work in HB Gulf is to provide this service to meet the specific needs of our Middle Eastern clients.

HBGulf is part of a central procurement function with a resource level of some 25 personnel based in the UK, servicing approximately 260 hotels, restaurants and schools.

We have approximately 900 registered suppliers of a diverse range of products and services, designed to meet the purchasing requirements of the hospitality industry. Our core aim is to pass on bulk buying discounts to our member establishments for all types of product.
