We're transferring knowledge on two fronts: marketing and education.

The goal in marketing is to establish a global brand identity for the organization.

This is an extremely challenging task as the organization has an already established presence in over 60 different countries world-wide and there are great differences in the way CISV is currently being presented.
 
Another part to the project will be to review the quality of training and build interactive educational packages.

As a global volunteer organization that provides youth-exchanges with educational objectives, training is crucial so that the activities actually do deliver what we are promising.
 
What I find exciting is the fact that we have such great co-operation with the University and there is a true sense of a mutually beneficial partnership here.

My supervisors, not only in the company, but also in the University are great. As CISV International is an educational organization, they are very excited of the partnership as well.
